Farallon is excited to be a restaurant partner at Waterbar’s Oysterfest 2017! Get your taste buds ready for our Olive Oil Poached Oysters with summer melons, crisp chorizo, and aged Pedro Ximenez Vinegar. Can’t wait to sip some wine, slurp some oysters, and see you all there!
Benefiting the San Francisco Chapter of the Surfrider foundation, this end of summer event is something you don't want to miss. Last year, over 40 wineries and other amazing San Francisco restaurants sharing in the love of oysters and the San Francisco Bay attended. With a live band, silent auction, oyster shucking contest, and hot sauce competition you are sure to have a great time with fantastic views, food and wine. And of course, raising money for a local organization. Cheers to that!
